E. Reynolds Davies, Jr. is a member of the firm. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee on May 23, 1957 and was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 1982. Mr. Davies joined the firm as an associate in 1988 and became a member in 1990.

He graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy in 1975, received a B.A. degree from Rhodes College (f/k/a/ Southwestern at Memphis) in 1979, and a J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee in 1982 (with High Honors). He was elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation from law school. From 1982-1983 he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable L. Clure Morton, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

He has served two terms as a hearing panel member for the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee (1993-1999). He is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and the Nashville Bar Association.

Since entering private practice in 1983, Mr. Davies has concentrated his practice in civil litigation, including Medical Malpractice/Health Care Liability cases for physicians, other health care providers, and patients. He also practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Federal Civil Rights, Construction Law, Products Liability, Drug and Medical Device litigation, Class Actions, Probate/Estates, Corporate Law and Criminal Misdemeanors.
